A ‘Small Study a Day’ - Days 8 - 10

Day 8

I played around with some collage for this study. I added a torn page to the land area and painted over this, leaving enough of the writing to glimpse through to add further interest.

Day 9

I practised painting some sand dunes/hills based on an area in the Gower that I often visit. It’s based on a photo I took whilst walking the sandy paths around Three Cliffs Bay, heading towards Pennard castle.

Day 10

I was playing around with some cloud formations in this study. I will add a few more layers to this at some point, but ran out of time today!
